About Our Vacation Care

We provide Vacation Care during the school holidays, which caters for the children of St Mary’s Rydalmere Primary School. Vacation Care is packed with exciting activities that take place both in and out of the centre. Our program aims to keep your children entertained during the holidays and ensure that they having lots of fun with their friends.

If you have never attended St Mary’s OSHC before, you will need to enrol in the centre. (This is in addition to the Vacation Care booking and consent forms.) Please follow the link to view instructions on how to enrol: Enrolments

Vacation Care Program

Our Winter Vacation Care Program is available for viewing!

Bookings will be available from Monday, 8th of June via the webserver.

To book Vacation Care

Once Vacation Care is open, bookings can be made by following the below steps:

  1. Login to the webserver using your previously supplied username and password
  2. Click on “Parents Menu” and “Calendar Bookings”
  3. Select the Edit week icon next to the week you wish to book
  4. Click “Book VC” for the days of the week you wish to make a booking
  5. Select the activity via the pop up listing, accepting the permission (if relevant) and press ok.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any further days you wish to book in the week.
  7. Click “SAVE & EXIT” You will receive a confirmation email * of the bookings you have made so far
  8. Repeat steps 3-7 for any further weeks you wish to book. (Please note: The Pupil Free Day can be found in Week 1 of the following term)
  9. Review your booking confirmation email to ensure the days booked are correct.
  10. Sign and return any waivers, if required.

*If you wish to resend the Vacation Booking Summary, this can be done via the Parent Menu> Vacation Care Resend Email option.

Payment: Families on Direct Debit will not need to make this payment- this will be automatically debited at the end of Vacation Care.
